3. Easy and fast materials loading and transportation: adopt the scraper conveyor with lifting and horizontal swinging functions and use motor to drive scraper chain and star wheel, thus greatly improving the loading capacity.
4. Advanced performance and reliable operation: adopt the famous international electric elements and hydraulic components to guarantee the reliable operation and advanced performance. Electric protective device is with expert fault diagnosis and monitoring system and the integrated protection device of electric motor. Movement controller is with advantages as high reliability, strong humidity resistance and strong anti-interference capacity, etc. Its vibration resistance may reach 15g. Leave interfaces for absolute location system, favoring the upgrading to full automatic equipments.
5. Perfect motor protection function: take torque axis as mechanical protection device for motor.
6. Strong control capacity on automatic cutting: the driving unit adopts motor driving method to form the close-loop control between driving unit and cutting motor. Be able to adjust electromagnetism proportion valve and regulate feed speed in accordance with the condition of cutting coal seam, so that automatically adjust the traction speed of equipments to realize constant torque cutting.
7. Strong capacity of cutting dirt band, increase cutting pick number, adopt Kennametal U94HDLR point-attack to strengthen the capacity of cutting dirt band on coal seam.
8. Promote the working safety of operators, equip with breakdown device of gas inspection, fire extinguisher, high-pressure spray and the imported mounted dust removing device. Be with cutting height display and equip with remote control device to guarantee the safety of operators.
9. Make use of 3D design software, i.e. Pro-E of for modeling simulation of complete machine to guarantee the practicability of normal working on machine.
