1. High Reliability
The car is with collision prevention structure. The front and rear chassis is welded by the enforced steel sheet. Adopt open type welding structure, be with characteristics as well as large load capacity, convenient unload function, enough rigidity and enforcement to prevent from collision.
The cooling water tanks are equipped at the both sides of rear chassis to cool the transducer. The hydraulic fluid radiator is equipped at the both sides of tail bottom beam.
2. Safety
The driving system applies motor mechanical drive method on frequency control, being operated by electric proportional control handle and being with characteristics as synchronous and differential speed functions.
Be with characteristics as flexible operation, brake reliability, safety driving as backward running, convenient operation and maintainability to make the whole car more safe and high effective.
3. Humanization Design
Bidirectional driving function, adjustable chairs for conformity and adjustable car roof of driver’s room, easy for operation by drivers and easy for maintenance.
Adopt the EPEC special-used controller and CAN bus control, be with functions as color LCD display, videotape inspection, radar distance measure, gas inspection alarm and other. The vehicle may automatically display the working parameters and perform the faults diagnosis and send out alarm at abnormal situation.
The good-appearance vehicle adopts bidirectional driving method with adjustable roof of driver’s room.
4. High Performance and Low Cost
1) The main parts of scraper conveyor are made of enforced abrasion proof steel sheet, being with frequency control scraper motor. It is convenient to operate and maintain the scraper chain and tension oil cylinder.
2) The brake, transmission shaft, tyre and others are all good-quality products manufactured by famous factories at home and abroad.
3) The driving reducer and wheel redactor wholly follow the ex-factory process to ensure the quality safety.
Four wheel-side reduction gearboxes with adjoining of rigidity of chassis frame, case driven by bevel gear wheel and annular gear of planetary wheel transmission together make the structure of wheel-side reduction gearbox be in a compact and well designed through the conjunction of connectors.
