1.All the high strength fasteners adopt DACROTIZING, and the anti-rust capability is 10 times the common flange bolt, and 3 times the galvanized bolt, and the connection will not loose easily.
2.The middle groove of the complete welding structure adopts casting groove side. The middle plate at the middle groove of scraper conveyor adopts high strength wear plate, which contributes to longer service life.
3.The middle groove is connected with dumbbell; the dumbbell pin is made of high strength alloy steel which is forged and undergone the quenched-tempered heat treatment, which ensures that it meets the technical requirements.
4.The chain wheel dimension is optimized and the structure is strengthened by new design. The chain wheel is made of high strength alloy steel, quenching depth of 8-12mm, which greatly prolongs the service life.
5.The imported hard surface gear redactor improves the efficiency and reliability of the gearing, meets the overall design requirements of the working surface and the continuous running of scraper conveyor.
